What can be reported

Bug types

You do not need to classify your own report. Our team confirms its final severity.

CriticalA security or account issue with immediate, severe impact.
HighA major trading, transaction, calculation, or blocking UX failure.
MediumA meaningful issue with data integrity, resilience, or usability.
LowA contained issue with a limited or temporary impact.
InfoA clear cosmetic or UX defect with a reliable reproduction.
